Exhibit Scanning

At Agren Blando, every exhibit, letter or legal, color or black and white, business cards to oversized construction plans, are scanned with our high-speed scanners by a Document Management Specialist to PDF. We do this on every job, whether you ordered a copy of the exhibits or not, because the exhibit you didn't need today, you may want tomorrow. Your documents are kept on a secure server, and can be burned to disk or converted to searchable PDF at your request.

Your scanned exhibits can also be posted to our secure, online repository.

Exhibit Notebooking

Have every exhibit at your fingertips for every deposition. Original documents are 3-Hole punched and placed in durable, high-quality, D-Ring binders. Exhibits are separated with sequential index tabs. Is your Exhibit numbering scheme non-standard? No worries: we can also make custom tabs.

Every notebook comes with an Exhibit Index List, taken from each transcript, and updated when a new deposition is taken. We can handle the delivery of the notebooks to each deposition location.
