We can scan any document, any size, any color to any format you need. Our high-speed color scanners make quick work of large jobs, and our multi-point QC process ensures every page is present and legible.

We can break documents by physical separators, such as staples, paper clips, or notebooks, or we can scan to either one large document or single-page documents.

Looking for OCR (Optical Character Recognition?)  We can take care of that as well.

Electronic Bates Numbering

Ever had a manual Bates Number job where a page got missed? Then you have to figure out how to handle the numbering scheme exception, and it can become a very large hassle. Electronic Bates Numbering eliminates the possibility of such a mistake, and esnures Bates numbers appear in a uniform fashion (and not crooked!) on six different page positions (top right/middle/left,  bottom, right/middle/left). Almost unlimited fonts and sizes to choose from. Choose your prefix, suffix, and digit count.
